Here comes the challenge! Identify 1 vision you want to work on and go through fishbone analysis, brainstorming solution

Take a video (TikTok/ IG) about the challenge that you or your community face

Add interesting captions to tell the story of the challenges you or your community face in the video itself

End the video by showing your own emotional toolbox, as in something or a few things that help you or your community to overcome said challenges, educating your viewers about the initiatives that people can take to help someone in similar circumstance

Post the video on social media on the hashtag #buildingleadersof2day4tmw
