Write the following on the forum below: 

  1. Write down your emotions. You can refer to the charts above to help you put a name to your feelings
  2. Identify how strongly you feel the emotion on the scale of 1 to 5

1 – A little   |   2 – somewhat   |   3 – Fairly/ rather   |   4 – Quite   |   5 – Very/ Really

Example: I am feeling satisfied with the scale of 4
